Ohio State Highway Patrol officials are investigating a collision that killed a driver at I-76 and Lakeshore Blvd in Akron, OH on September 3rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:35 p.m. A box truck headed eastbound in a center lane of I-76 reportedly became disabled. The driver exited the truck and placed warning symbols around the vehicle as a Dodge Neon approached. The Neon collided with the rear of a truck causing the 25-year-old driver fatal injuries.
