Police are saying it happened as a Chevrolet Equinox operate day 82-year-old James Parker was headed westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-70 for unknown reasons. The Chevrolet is said to have collided head-on with an eastbound tractor-trailer operated by 34-year-old William Havyarimana. The impact pushed the Chevrolet into a guardrail and off the roadway, where it traveled down an embankment into water below.
