What Happened

State Police are investigating a collision that injured two people at US Route 35 in Ross County, OH on July 10th. 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:24 p.m. Police say a Mercedes Sprinter van headed eastbound is said to have failed to maintain its speed before colliding with a tractor-trailer. The truck then veered from the road before crashing into a guardrail. 57-year-old Lynn Hornsby Jr was hospitalized with minor injuries. The other driver, 50-year-old Ivan Flores-Heilbron, was hospitalized with more serious injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
