Ohio State Highway Patrol officials are investigating a collision that killed a person at  I-71 in Jackson Twp, OH on October 17th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10 a.m. A Ford Escape headed towards an entrance ramp for I-270 is said to have collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer sitting near the ramp.
