State Police are investigating a crash that killed a person at Ohio Turnpike in Strongsville, OH on August 22nd, 2022. They say the incident happened around 11:50 a.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck headed westbound on the turnpike veered from the road for unknown reasons before colliding with a parked commercial vehicle and pedestrian. The impact left the pedestrian, identified as 32-year-old Shawn Moore, with fatal injuries. The driver of the parked vehicle, 60-year-old Kanshi Ram, was hospitalized with minor injuries. The other driver was reportedly uninjured.
