What Happened

State Police identified the person killed in a crash at County Rd EW 5 in Beaver County, OK on August 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened when a Ford F-250 allegedly failed to yield right of way at the intersection with County Rd NS 126. It then collided with a semi-truck before rotating and ejecting the driver. The driver, identified as 87-year-old Earl Wayne Semmel, suffered fatal injuries.
