What Happened

Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured a man at Garriott and Van Buren in Enid, OK on April 6th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 7:44 a.m. Investigators are saying a Dodge Neon operated by Mitchell Belt was headed southbound on Van Buren before turning onto Garriott. During the turn, police say the vehicle was involved in a collision with a tractor-trailer operated by 41-year-old Eddie Campbell. Belt was hospitalized in critical condition, according to police. Campell was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
