What Happened

Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Hwy 54 near Goodwell, OK on November 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:49 p.m. A semi-truck operated by 29-year-old Thomas Jay Koehn collided with a Lincoln SGL allegedly moving at a slow rate of speed. The driver of the Lincoln, 89-year-old Jacky Fry, was hospitalized with serious injuries and later died. Koehn was not injured. Additional details were not available.
