State Police are investigating a crash that injured two people at Hwy 377 in Marshall County, OK on August 4th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet operated by 41-year-old Jeffrey Underwood is said to have pulled onto Hwy 377 from a stop sign before it was struck by a semi-truck under unclear circumstances. Investigators believe failure to yield was the cause of the accident but did not specify which vehicle was at fault. Underwood and his 13-year-old passenger were both hospitalized with serious injuries. The other driver and his 15-year-old passenger were reportedly unharmed.
