Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at OK-15 and Carrier Rd in Garfield County, OK on February 17th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Accord was allegedly attempting to pass a bucket truck in a no pass zone prior to the collision. A passenger in the Honda, identified as 72-year-old Larry Bukacek, was hospitalized with serious injuries. Authorities confirmed Bukacek died from his injuries on March 9th.
