What Happened

Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at Hwy 35 in Murray County, OK on July 4th, 2021. Police say the incident happened when a passenger sedan veered from the road and crashed into a pickup/trailer combo that was parked in a shoulder lane. A passenger in the sedan was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was hospitalized in critical condition. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
