Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a mechanic at Hwy 1 near Latta, OK on August 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 p.m. 57-year-old Rafael Sanchez Martinez was working on the brakes of a commercial truck when it then began rolling over Martinez.
