Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-44 in Oklahoma City, OK on July 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:10 p.m. Investigators believe a tractor-trailer may have lost control while rounding a curve in the roadway before crashing. The crash involved the truck overturning, ejecting and pinning the driver, who was identified as 29-year-old Seth Hoover. Hoover was killed in the crash.
