State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Scappoose-Vernonia Highway in Columbia County, OR on February 6th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:20 p.m. According to investigators, a logging truck is said to have veered from the road for unknown reasons before going into an embankment.
