State Police are investigating a collision that killed a man at I-5 in Roseberg, OR on November 4th, 2021. They say it happened just before 11 p.m. 63-year-old Henry Alan Lichtwald was working for Walt's Tow Company at the scene of a crash when an approaching southbound tractor-trailer operated by 54-year-old Jagraj Singh Sidhu collided with both Litchwald and the two truck. Lichtwald suffered fatal injuries at the scene while Sidhu was questioned by police at the scene after stopping. Additional information was not available.
