State Police are investigating a crash that killed a person and injured another at I-5 in Linn County, OR on August 2nd, 2022. Police say the incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. and involved a box truck. The truck, operated by 46-year-old Jay Ward, is said to have been headed northbound when it veered from the road for unknown reasons.
