Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Hwy 99E in Marion County, OR on November 19th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:35 a.m. Investigators are saying the crash involved a Nissan Versa and dump truck colliding under unclear circumstances. The driver of the Nissan was hospitalized with serious injuries. A passenger in the Versa, 77-year-old Judith Harley, suffered fatal injuries. The dump truck driver was not injured.
