Oregon State Police are investigating a crash that injured several people at I-84 in Pendleton, OR on May 5th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12;30 p.m. According to investigators, an RV operated by 35-year-old Michael Battle is alleged to have attempted to pass a semi-truck during a lane change before losing control. The RV lost control and overturned as a result, leaving three children and Battle with minor injuries. Also injured was 40-year-old Leah Suzensky.
