Oregon State Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at Tremont Ave in North Bend, OR on July 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:51 p.m. 70-year-old Michael Petrie was allegedly walking in the middle of the roadway when he was struck by a tractor-trailer under unclear circumstances.
