Portland Police have identified the person killed in a collision at NE Vancouver Way and NW Gertz Rd in Portland, OR on March 18th, 2022. They say 59-year-old Raymond McWilliams was in a motorized wheelchair that somehow slipped off a curb, knocking him to the ground. Police say the was then struck by a passing tractor-trailer and suffered fatal injuries. The truck driver remained at the scene to cooperate with police questioning.
