What Happened

Authorities are investigating a three-vehicle crash that killed two people at I-84 in North Powder, OR on January 1st, 2025. Police say the incident happend around 10:25 p.m. during a snowstorm. Repairs say a Freightliner truck exited the roadway and struck a parked truck before both vehicles were struck by an approaching tractor-trailer. Authorities say 60-year-old Robert Fred Kenyon and 47-year-old Steven Bradly Botter, were both killed in a the collision. Additional information was not available.
