What Happened

State Police are investigating a collision that killed a passenger at General Potter Hwy in Potter Twp, PA on August 4th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. A Subaru passenger vehicle operated by an 18-year-old State College male reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with the side of a tractor-trailer. A rear seat passenger, 20-year-old Elizabeth Biddle, was ejected from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries at the scene. The State College male was hospitalized with minor injuries. A 21-year-old front seat State College woman was evaluated at the scene and refused medical transport. Additional information was not immediately available.
