What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-84 in Jefferson Twp, PA on August 20th, 2021. Police say the incident happened before 11 p.m. and involved a semi-truck hauling garbage colliding with the rear of a disabled RV that was pulled into a shoulder. The 82-year-old RV driver, Floyd Welborn,  was killed in the collision. Three RV passengers and the garbage truck driver were hospitalized with serious injuries.
