Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at I-78 in Berks County, PA on August 17th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5 p.m. A passenger vehicle, occupied by 40-year-old Kellyann Mooney, reportedly veered into a tractor-trailer that was parked. Mooney suffered fatal injuries in the crash. The driver and two other passengers, ages 7 and 13, were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
