What Happened

State Police are investigating a collision that killed a woman at Route 22 in Hanover Twp, PA on December 17th, 2021. Police are saying it happened around 2 a.m. A vehicle operated by 57-year-old Lori Ann Dickey is believed to have been headed eastbound on Route 22 when it allegedly crossed a center median into westbound lanes before crashing into a tractor-trailer. Police say Dickey had exited her vehicle to check on the truck driver but was struck by a passing vehicle in the process. She suffered fatal injuries. Additional details were not available.
