What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-81 in Pine Grove Twp, PA on July 15th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:58 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Caravan collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer slowing down due to a slow-moving vehicle ahead. The driver of the Dodge, a 54-year-old male, suffered fatal injuries at the scene. The condition of the truck driver was not revealed.
