Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people at Route 28 in Armstrong County, PA on December 27th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9 a.m. A Pontiac G6 with two occupants is said to have swerved to avoid a car on the shoulder, causing it to lose control.
