What Happened

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-476 in Radnor Twp, PA on August 12th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer headed southbound in a right lane reportedly performed a lane change and collided with the rear of another tractor-trailer. The second truck overturned onto its side while the first first truck continued through a left shoulder guardrail before crossing into northbound lanes and colliding with another tractor-trailer and concrete wall. One driver involve was taken to an area hospital with injuries that individual later died from. One other driver was also hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
