State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Emig School Rd in Dover Twp, PA on September 8th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:30 a.m. 62-year-old Steven S. Todd was pinned between a tree and a dump truck when the truck suffered brake failure. Police say Todd was believed to have been standing on the steps of the driver's door of the truck when it happened. Todd was pronounced dead at the scene.
