Allegheny County Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Mosside Blvd in Monroeville, PA on August 30th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9 a.m. Reports indicate a Hyundai Elantra headed northbound on Mosside was slowing to make a turn when it was struck by a tractor-trailer. Following the initial impact, the Hyundai collided with a Dodge Caravan. Authorities say the driver of the Hyundai was taken to an area hospital with injuries she later died from. A passenger in the vehicle was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. Two occupants in the Dodge were also hospitalized with the tractor-trailer operator was uninjured.
