What Happened

State Police have identified the person killed in a collision on Columbia Hwy North in Aiken, SC on February 9th, 2023. Police say 37-year-old Chance St Clair was killed in the two-vehicle crash. According to investigators, around 11:05 a.m., a Honda motorcycle operated by St Clair collided with a southbound semi-truck. They were not able to state a cause for the collision but did say one of the vehicle was turning left from a private driveway at the time of the crash. St Clair was pronounced dead at the scene. There was no information regarding the other driver available.
