South Carolina Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-95 in Dillon County, SC on August 2nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:35 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer headed southbound slowed before it was struck in the rear by a second tractor-trailer.
