State Police have identified the people killed in a crash at I-95 in Dillon County, SC on July 17th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:35 a.m. A Toyota 4Runner occupied by 59-year-old Rhonda Denton Rabb and 61-year-old Regina Benton Buffkin, two sisters, was struck in the rear by a tractor-trailer as traffic slowed. The vehicles overturned and the two sisters suffered fatal injuries. The truck driver was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
