Tennessee Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-75 in Hamilton County, TN on April 5th, 2022. Police say the incident happened in southbound traffic. Investigators believe a Chevrolet sedan operated by 63-year-old Ricky Forshee was stopped for traffic when it was struck by a semi-truck operated by 38-year-old David Lenoir. The impact created a chain reaction collision involving other vehicles, however, no one in those vehicles was injured. Forshee suffered fatal injuries from the crash.
