State Police have information on a crash that injured two people at I-40 near Hwy 269 in Shelby County, TN on September 6th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:30 a.m. According to investigators, an 18-wheeler headed westbound is said to have collided with an ambulance en route to a call. Authorities say the 18-wheeler operator was hospitalized with serious injuries.
