Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Hebron Pkwy in Carrollton, TX on August 8th, 2024.  Police say the incident happened around 12:16 p.m. According to investigators, a BMW X3 headed eastbound on Hebron Pkwy is alleged to have run a red light before proceeding into the intersection with International Parkway.
