Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at State Hwy 86 in Parmer County, TX on April 17th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:31 a.m. Police say a tractor-trailer operated by a 34-year-old Portales, NM woman was headed eastbound on Hwy 86 when it collided with a Chevrolet Silverado that was disabled in an eastbound lane.
