What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at State Hwy 6 in Harris County, TX on March 17th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:50 p.m. According to investigators, a Buick Rainier  was allegedly southbound in northbound lanes as a Honda Odyssey was turning left. Reports say the two vehicles collided, the Buick allegedly fleeing the scene following the collision. Reports add the Buick was involved in a collision with a Toyota Highlander while fleeing the scene, leaving 71-year-old Toyota operator, Anthony Tran, with non-life-threatening injuries. A second occupant, who was not publicly identified, also had non-life-threatening injuries while 57-year-old Honda operator, Adil Alzuhairi, had possible injuries. Sources indicate the Buick operator, who was not publicly identified, was uninjured and charged with Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
