What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Loop 12 in Dallas, TX on June 21st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:10 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic was is alleged to have been headed southbound prior to traveling over a median and colliding with a light pole. From there, repros say the vehicle entered into a southbound lane where it collided with a both a Ford Fusion and Toyota Tundra. Police say the driver of the Ford, identified as 46-year-old Adria Maddox, was seriously injured. The driver of the Honda was not publicly identified and also allegedly seriously injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
