Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash at John Ben Shepperd Pkwy in Odessa, TX on July 11th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:56 p.m. A Cadillac ATS operated by 49-year-old Chris Montoya was turning into a private drive and failed to yield right of way. A motorcycle operated by 27-year-old Adrian Alaniz collided with the Cadillac and suffered serious injuries. Police issued Montoya a Failure to Yield citation.
