Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at State Hwy 114 in Westlake, TX on June 14th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:54 p.m. According to investigators, a Volvo S40 was eastbound on Hwy 114 before allegedly crossing a median barrier and entering into westbound lanes. There, reports say the vehicle traveled onto the service road, somehow going airborne, before landing and striking a Toyota Corolla. Authorities say the driver of the Toyota, identified as 50-year-old Adrian Johnson, was fatally injured. The other driver was not publicly identified and had possible, unconfirmed injuries, reports say. Reports also allege that driver was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
