Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-35E in Lewisville, TX on May 24th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:08 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 56-year-old Nichols Hills, OK man was reportedly involved in a collision with a Dodge Ram 1500 under unclear circumstances. Police say the truck had been reportedly disabled in a traffic lane and the tractor-trailer failed to control its speed prior to the collision. 23-year-old Adrian Rominu was outside the vehicle at the time of the collision and was struck, suffering serious injured. Also seriously injuries as an unidentified 23-year-old female. Additional information was not available.
