Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at FM 372 in Cooke County, TX on July 16th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:19 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic operated by 25-year-old Adriana Lopez was headed southbound before leaving the roadway for unclear reasons. Police say the vehicle traveled into a southbound ditch and, when attempting to return to the road, went into a skid. The vehicle next traveled into a northbound ditch before overturning, ejecting Lopez from the vehicle. Lopez suffered fatal injuries in the incident.
