Authorities have information on a crash that injured three people at I-69 in Houston, TX on September 14th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:42 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Mustang was headed northbound on I-69 before allegedly crossing lanes in slowing traffic and colliding with a BMW 5 Series. The impact from the collision is said to have pushed the BMW into a Volkswagen Atlas ahead, the impact seriously injuring 26-year-old Atlas operator, Jennifer Santana. Also seriously injured, police say, was a 15-year-old passenger in the BMW. Officials say the 40-year-old operator of the BMW, identified as Adia Cuffe, had injuries believed to be non-life-threatening. Information regarding the operator of the Ford was not provided.
