Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 90 in Sugar Land, TX on September 19th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5 a.m. Investigators believe that Ford F-150 operated by 38-year-old Agustin Lopez was headed westbound on US 90 when it veered from the road and overturned multiple times before coming to rest upright in a grassy area. Lopez suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized. Responding officers allege that a witness at the scene informed them Lopez had been drinking alcohol prior to the crash.
