Mesquite Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Town East Blvd and Motley Dr in Mesquite, TX on September 21st, 2024. Police say the incident involved a vehicle operated by an alleged intoxicated driver colliding with a pedestrian, The pedestrian, identified as 52-year-old Alan Belcher, was fatally injured, reports say.
