Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Rollingbrook Dr in Baytown, TX on October 15th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:22 a.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Patriot operated by an unnamed 22-year-old male was headed northwest on Rollingbrook Dr before allegedly running a red light at the intersection with Decker Dr. The vehicles collided with a Kia Optima operated by 25-yer-old Alaysia Joseph, which is said to have had a green light. The collision caused serious injuries to Joseph while the other driver was not injured. Officers recommended and/or issued a DWI charge against the Jeep operator.
