Police say the incident happened around 3:05 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Tacoma operated by 18-year0old Alex Dean Armstrong was headed southeast on Coffeeville Rd, traveling at an alleged unsafe speed, before losing control on a loose gravel portion of the road. The vehicle began drifting to a north ditch and while attempting to correct back onto the road, it veered into a south embankment and collided with a tree, rolling onto its side.
