Area authorities are investigating a tw0-vehicle crash that left one person dead at Hwy 64 in Tyler, TX on May 12th, 2022. They say the incident involved an eastbound Chevrolet Silverado collided with a westbound Toyota Tacoma that reportedly crossed into oncoming traffic before the head-on collision. The driver of the Tacoma, identified 31-year-old Alexander Woods, died at the scene.
