What Happened

Authorities have information on a multi-vehicle collision at State Hwy 160 in Grayson County, TX on November 1st, 2024. Officials are saying the incident happend around 7:21 a.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Patriot traveling southbound on Hwy 160 is said to have collide with the rear of a trailer attached to a Ford F-250 stopped ahead, waiting to turn left. From there, reports say the impact caused the Jeep the enter into a northbound lane, striking a trailer towed by a Ford F-350, ejecting the Jeep operator. The operator, identified as 29-year-old Alexandria Pierce, was fatally injured, reprots say. There were no other reported injuries and authorities did not have additional inforamtion available.
